John is currently working with Slater & Gordon lawyers to systematically transition their offices to a new Activity Based Working model. This role is national and ongoing with multiple projects being progressed concurrently.
John’s role is to work with each individual office to refine the S&G ABW workplace model for each location, taking into account the particular legal groupings (e.g. Family law vs Commerical) so that the workplace aligns to each location’s particular needs. He then works with those offices to develop work strategies to manage the transition to the new office, returning once they have moved in to support and resolve any unforeseen issues.
As part of this project he developed a Workplace Guide that is customised for each office. This guide provides workplace protocols as well as WH&S and other legislative requirements. It also identifies local amenity.
